Boulder County Real Estate Market Seminar - 2009

Bodin Realty International hosted their first "Current State of the Local Market" presentation on Wednesday, March 25, 2009.  This event was open to our clients, invited guests and the general public at large.  It was well attended especially for the first time ever presented. 

The purpose of the meeting was to share relevant information about the local real estate market.  Our brokers presented our guests with a variety of topics including local sales data; advice for buying and selling investment properties, foreclosures and short sales; and current financing options and availability.

The two hour meeting served refreshments and desserts.  It was well received by the attendees and generated a lot of indepth conversation about what is happening in today's Boulder area real estate market.
